CORRECTION

In my previous post about the LEED Platinum-certified disaster in Independence, I erroneously stated that that city is the home of Western Oregon University.

In fact, WOU is sited in the City of Monmouth nearby to the west. I guess this means that the only thing in Independence is an unfinished building and a developer hoping to go on the dole.
