I hope you realize that this if F*** nuts. Maybe it can be Dave Leland's Waterloo. He has finally gone too far and completely discredited himself.
That's what makes it so laughable! 20-story towers in Hillsboro? Give me a break.
Besides, everyone already knows that Gateway is to be our future Bellevue.
