That's what Colbert just called Oregon.

He went on a rant about how, as the Superbowl approaches, he doesn't trust Seattle. It's "sandwiched between two Canadas.. the Canada to the north and Oregon."

Then, even better: "And don't bother writing me, Oregon. I don't read anything written on birch bark."
